Dear clients and friends,
With the amendment to the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated January 4, 2020 the Ministry of Trade ("Ministry") has been authorized to postpone the dates to be complied with regarding e-commercial message consents for an additional 6 months by taking into account the qualifications of the service providers as well as the number of the recipient consents. Accordingly, with the announcement published on the official website of the Ministry on 30 November 2020, the deadline to upload the e-commercial message consents to IYS has been postponed.
Accordingly, the new deadlines are as follows:

| Service providers with more than 150.000 consents | 31 December 2020 | 15 February 2021 |
| Service providers with or less than 150.000 consents | 31 May 2021 | 15 June 2021 |
